I am a Property Manager and have a round 100+ units. I have used A lot of different cleaning companies and Seattle Steamers is the best that I have used. Reasonable prices always on time. The previous tenants left some tough stains on the carpet, including dog urine and a few unknown spots. I did a lot of research before choosing a company, and after comparing options, I decided to go with Seattle Steamers. They were the only company that responded quickly and kindly right from the start, which I really appreciated. Now my three rooms, hallway and the stairs look incredibly fresh, almost like the carpet is brand new. All the stains completely gone, and the carpet also feels so soft and is completely free of any odor. As you can see in the photo, the carpet color even looks brighter. Martin and Brayan did an absolutely amazing job. They really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They did their best moving furniture out of the way to be able to get the most carpet area possible and do a spectacular job. My house is much more refreshed than I expected. They even got places I had failed to mention. I had a lot of dog accidents I had cleaned myself and luckily whatever residual stains are gone. I called on a Monday or Tuesday and they were able to fit me in on Thursday. Also 100% trustworthy- My husband and I went out for beers while they worked and they called us when they were completing the job. They worked with me to give me a fair price for the space.
