The man with glasses who helped us had a terrible attitude. He didn’t try to offer any solutions, and every time we asked a question, his answer was just “No.” Very disappointing experience — I strongly do not recommend this place.

I very rarely leave reviews but customer service is tough to come by nowadays, and this establishment had the best in recent memory. They replaced a brand new door at their cost for a mistake that I made in the finishing process. I didn’t ask them to do this, but they offered. All my future door needs will go through this place.

Have to reiterate other recent reviews that these guys are pushy and have a “holier than thou” response to the typical customer through the door. What a waste of time.

Okay these guys are not polished customer service reps, right? But they can work you up a door quote pretty quick if you have done a little homework in advance. We got quotes in a few door options and settled on a door that was in stock at the distributor to meet our timeline. It took about a week to come in. They called when it showed up, helped me load it into a Home Depot truck, and took the time to make sure the door was in good shape. Couldn't ask for much more than that, really.

We had no issues ordering our door and it came as promised. My husband was unable to get away from work, so I drove in to pick it up, they put it in the back of my truck, and that’s when the customer service ended. I tried securing it on my own, with a bad knee. When I realized that wasn’t going to work, I walked back in to ask if they could help. The guys behind the counter just stared at me. They said it was against company policy to help secure the door. I’ve purchased quite a few large items in my life, including doors and I’ve always had help securing my purchase. Just a heads up, if you need any help once you’ve made your purchase, these guys aren’t going to be there to help you. After reading some of the other reviews, I’m hoping our contractor won’t have any problem installing it.
