Second and Second Parking Ramp

Had my bike stolen here (along with 20+ other residents) at the end of October and now my catalytic converter stolen from my car this past weekend. With how much it costs to park here it's absurd they didn't increase any sort of security after the first incident. Not a safe place to park, especially on the weekends. Their customer service was very rude and acted like I was the bad guy for telling them I'm going to leave a negative review unless they try to make things right. Avoid interstate parking.

I get it’s a heated, underground garage, but for paying $260 a month to park is insane. Especially when they don’t give you key fobs, and the keypad to punch in your access code to the “secure” garage is always broken. My workplace uses this as their ramp, and myself and many of my coworkers have gotten tickets, despite having their pass and sensor clearly displayed on their dashboards. We also frequently find cups of pee, dog poop, and vomit in the lobby and ramp that go days without being cleaned. Interstate is the WORST parking company!!

Second and Second is a great apartment, the parking you buy to live here is terrible. They have upped the pricing two times no warning or real reason. Just money grabbing people who don’t care about their customers, I am talking Interstate parking not second and second btw.

I got stuck in this ramp for 30 minutes trying to get to -2 to retrieve my car. The codes they provide do NOT work. Very unsafe. The support out of Dallas can’t do anything and also have no information on who to contact in case of emergency. Do NOT park here. Especially if you’re alone.

horrible service and this garage is filled with residents and they do not leave spots for people who live there. I pay now 280 a month and have not gotten a spot. the manager will not call me back after 5 days.
