This review is long overdue, but Secrist Roofing is the BEST. After the derecho, my roof was in sad shape, but David Vu from Secrist Roofing came to the rescue! Not only did the roof get replaced in a timely manner, but he answered all my questions and worked with my insurance. There was no hassle, no hoops, and no swindling. This is a company you can trust! A year later, and I can safely review that my roof has had no problems, issues, or leaks. It looks AMAZING!! Anytime I get telemarketer roofing calls, I laugh and tell them they can't compare. 10 out of 5 stars!!

I'm so glad I met Nathan and Trevor from Secrist Roofing. Nathan did a great job fixing my leaky roof last year when he was with another company. He was very reasonable and professional. This year, he came back to check on my roof after the hailstorm in April and told me he had joined Secrist Roofing. That's how I got to know Trevor, the owner of Secrist Roofing. He was the most thorough roofer I've ever seen. He inspected every inch of my roof and marked all the damages, big and small, even on the gutter. He showed me clear photos of the damages(he even went up twice in order to show me more clear photos) and explained how bad they were and how likely I was to get approved by my insurance. I worked with Jerry and Trevor (but mainly Jerry) and they were very informational and professional to work with. They dealt with the the insurance company on our behalf which we greatly appreciated. Jerry's communication was on point for keeping me informed on the progress of the insurance claim which was great because I have never made a insurance claim myself. The first claim was denied due to some miscommunication with the inspector, but Jerry and Trevor were very persistent tor rectify the claim and they were successful. After a lot of dedication and commitment by Jerry and Trevor, we got a new roof and they put it up in a day! If you are looking for a new roof, I would highly recommend Jerry and Trevor!
