Great job! Very reliable! Had no issues. I don’t worry one bit about my belongings when Corey and his crew are moving me. He had to go up three flights of stairs and he never complained once and never slowed them down. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will always use them. He is very reasonable as far as what it cost to move.

Great company. Communication was on point. They were great people, took care of our things, packed the U-Haul for us perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints. Corey saved us the hassle of having to move ourselves. Thank you for your great work ethic and running such an affordable business. Other movers cost an arm and leg. Segrest is affordable. Corey and Jessica, firstly, are fantastic people. They are personable and professional, and very capable. There were no issues moving our items carefully and up three flights of stairs in some instances. Their process was easy. I made a deposit via venmo and received a time frame of when they would arrive for the move. Any delay was communicated quickly. I've honestly never seen a moving team as efficient as them. I expected the move to take at least an hour longer than it did. Friends, I've had too many bad experiences with movers, small businesses and big box stores. I've even paid up front for a move only to have the person disappear into oblivion... This was BY FAR the BEST experience I've had. We will definitely call Segrest for our next move. Well I wish that I would’ve paid more attention to the negative reviews because my experience seems to have followed a common pattern. I needed to have a few items moved for my dad to an assisted living facility. The move was scheduled for 10:30 am and I arranged for someone to be there to unlock and indicate the items to be moved. That person could only be on sight till 12:00 pm. At 11:50 am I got a text that the movers were almost there. This is way past being over do and since my help needed to leave momentarily I told them to cancel the move and to refund my $150 deposit. No surprise I still haven’t received it nor any kind of apology. Buyer be aware. I’m anxious to see what kind of response this review gets. Probably that it’s my fault no doubt.
