I know he is the best in town, but a year and a half ago I went in to ask him if he could repair my vintage reciever( mind you his door was unlocked and he was there working) and he ripped me a new one for even asking, he could have nicely said I'm not taking any new customers rite now, but he didn't, he was extremely rude, awful way to run a business and treat people. If you are not taking any new customers then maybe your door should be locked!!

These guys were great to deal with! They did some warranty work on my new Samsung TV. They were timely and very helpful. They even noticed that the screws I had for the TV stand were wrong and so they sent me new ones in the mail that fit perfect.

Seim is awesome!!!! Truly the best electronics repair shop that I have had the pleasure to experience. 5-years ago they replaced the LED in a 61" TV. The bulb alone would have cost $500, but they did the extra research and found that the TV had an extended mfgr warranty. Recently, they were able to repair a $1500 built in microwave by actually diagnosing the root cause. Local service at it's finest, this guy really knows what he's doing!!!

It's a real pleasure dealing with this gentleman. He's very easy to talk to and he's very knowledgeable when it comes to repair. Very old fashioned good quality customer service that I wish other small businesses would follow.

That place to help repair appliances hopefully fix my Samsung micowave and the man was very kind of me because my back hurt so he lift to his shop...i like him show very kind.A+
