Sel-Lo Oil

I’m leaving a 5 star because these guys are super nice. I see a bunch of negative reviews based on the last week or 2. They are very busy and doing there absolute best to catch up to everyone. Don’t just leave a negative review because you forgot to think ahead. Thanks Sel-Lo

I think I had one of the frusterating moments in my life with Sel Lo and I am normally an easy going guy. I called them with over a quarter left in my tank. They told me they could come in a week. I then called the day-of and they said they could they said they’d need to push back two days. I then called again on said later date and they told me I had never put an order in to begin with… they wouldn’t budge on that and just kept telling me that I never called to begin with and that I was wrong, it wasn’t in their system, etc. it’s hard to keep a cool with that tbh…. This was my first experience working with them as I just purchased my first home. HORRIBLE experience…

Told me they would deliver on the normal delivery day, they didn't show up when I called I was told the delivery was pushed out two more days I will run out of oil by the end of the night. I called days beforehand to setup delivery and they stated they would be here, they lied to me. Automatic Zero stars if I could, I will never use this company again terrible service! (Watched the normal delivery driver go past my home, never stopped and never came back, they never notified me they weren't coming)

Such a frustrating experience! We were recommended this oil company by a friend because they were the cheapest option. My husband called over a week ago to schedule us an appointment to get our tank filled, and they said they were busy so they wouldn’t be able to get to it that week, but that they could come Thursday (yesterday). My husband called them yesterday to see when they might be coming by, only for them to say that they were not coming by at all. They said they were running two days Behind, and maybe that they could come out on Saturday. my husband looked at our tank again today just to see how it was doing, and it was very low. Had oil ordered for week and a half and live within 10 minutes before the low temperatures. Said they would come and never did and had to shut off my one zone of oil to not run out but froze my other zone furnace pipes which burst. Customer since buying the house in 2020, no longer
