Jake and Jessi of Sender Repairs and Remodel were referred to me by my realtor, and we had an amazing experience working with them on two projects so far. The first was a 5'x8' bathroom remodel and the second was a landscape stair. Jake and Jessi are extremely good communicators and were always pleasant to work with. We were able to clearly define the scope of the work together and we both worked hard to be transparent about expectations and pricing. Jessi is an excellent tiler and did an amazing job installing large format tiles which is much more difficult than your typical subway tile. They were respectful of the job site, reliable, honest, and really made the effort to make sure we were happy with their work. Jessi & Jake helped us with a flooring project in our floating house - laying bamboo flooring where we'd removed a built-in couch. They were responsive and amazingly communicative. They found an expected issue (mold) and communicated options and quickly took care of it so we didn't have extra stress or a project delay. The finished project looks amazing - you'd never know anything happened by looking at it now. Jessi & Jake are creative and reliable - we'll definitely work with them again if they'll have us!!

Services performed: Re-tiled our fireplace, Two full bathroom remodels (incl. tile for floors and showers), and around 1000 square feet of tile on the main floor. Photos show kitchen and bathrooms. We were first time homeowners and wanted to make sure we hired the right contractors for the job. Thankfully we were connected to Sender Repairs! Jake and his crew was incredibly responsive. Insanely helpful. And very fairly priced. Our interior stairwell looks better than ever. Especially helpful on the crown moulding. Use them!

We used Jake in a time when we were in a real pinch after some water damage in our basement ADU. He and his team were able to quickly rebuild the space after remediation. They did an excellent job, were super responsive/easy to communicate with, and easy to work and collaborate with.
