This is (at least) my second time dropping a review for Seneca, but I feel like continued great service is even more worth talking about than just a great first impression. For me, Seneca has delivered both. We've now been a customer for close to 2 years, and have a had a number of instances where we've called to have something checked. The most recent was today. And as usual, the entire interaction from the initial call to the end result was as much as I could ever hope it would be. Keep up the great work, Seneca team. You've earned a loyal and very happy customer with us, and there's nobody else we'll consider calling on whenever the need arises. Thank you!

For your prompt service and thank you so much for the technician James that you sent out very professional cleaned up after himself told me everything that he was doing and I truly appreciate it being a woman sometimes it's hard when a man comes out and I've learned from other companies that I've tried calling today that you can truly get the runaround but Seneca heating and air came through with exactly what they said I didn't have to wait 2 to 5 hours for him to show up he was here within 30 minutes very professional again thanks to Seneca Heating and Air and a special shout out to their technician James he did a great job and I think we found our new AC company it's hard to find honest work thank you very much again and thanks James once ag

Seneca air-conditioning installed our AC unit our new home construction… We are really happy with this company! Our office interaction “Jennifer” is always pleasant/ professional… and the maintenance technician “David”… is the best - he’s very thorough and spends the time to educate you if you desire the knowledge - very efficient/personable… a true professional. The crystal river team certainly deserves five out of five stars!

Bought a Carrier ac two and a half years ago. Called for service about the insulation that came off the access panel. Service person showed up only listened to me and never opened the panel. Said he would check on replacement part. Then asked for $99.00 service fee and left. This all took 9 minutes. Received a call 4 days later that the part would be $275.00. I asked about warranty and he said no. I then checked with Carrier and it has a basic 10 year warranty on parts. Never do business with this company.

I would highly recommend Senica to anyone and everyone. They installed our unit when we build our home 7+ years ago. Every since, they have been dilligent with service, professional when called upon, and whenever we encountered a problem (and there have been only a few) they have been extremely prompt in taking care of it and makiing sure the problem is corrected, no matter the time of day or night. We will always be using Senica as long as we are in Florida!
