Haley provided excellent customer service to email my quote and to ensure I understood my quote. She answered any questions I had in such a polite manner! Senior Movers are very fair in pricing your move. I contacted two other moving companies. One never returned my call and the other moving company returned my call days later. You won’t have that problem with Senior Movers!! Fast forward to moving day! My movers (Charles, Fernando and Joe) were also consummate professionals and so polite! We hired Senior Moving Company to move my parents from their house into an assisted living community. The entire team was awesome - getting the cost estimate, coordinating the timing, and then working with the moving crew. The crew was very careful with our items and was very professional. The actual cost was less than the estimate, which was great. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!

They moved my mom from New Mexico to Texas and kept us informed during the whole packing, loading, and transporting process. The movers did an amazing job, and even set up my mom's new apartment the way she had it before! Senior Moving Company was referred to us by our realtor and we are extremely happy we made the choice to let them handle our move! The move was only 70 miles and from the time they showed up exactly when they said they would to watching them drive off from our new home, everything worked like a well-oiled machine. Those guys knew their job and I enjoyed watching them meticulously wrap and tape each item to prevent any possible breakage. They placed each piece of furniture and box exactly where we wanted them and were professional but very friendly. I highly recommend Senior Moving Company, whether the move is across the street or across the country. They are the best!
