Brian has gotten me out of so many jams with my rental condo over the past few years... I can't say enough great things about him and the SENS team. Professional and easy to work with. All you can really ask from a contractor, these folks deliver!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! The tech burst my hot water heater while he was there to remove a hot water heater. He then told me I would have to pay $800-$850 to replace it. I told him to get out of my house. The I called the owner and the owner said he "didn't need my business" They are rip off artist do not let them anywhere near your home!
Excellent service from the initial phone call requesting help on my air conditioner until Burt ( HVAC tech ) Finished the job I called first thing in the morning and my air conditioner was repaired and in working order by 2:30 that same afternoon Very satisfied and would highly recommend!
They showed up on time, completed on time, left our home clean, no surprise costs, and all while no one was home. Great experience.
He was on time. Bert was very professional and left the area neat and clean
