Lucas Powell did a wonderful job overall. He arrived on time, got to work immediately to pumping Tank! I will definitely use y’all again and I would also recommend y’all to others. Thank you, Lucas and Septic Blue for such a great job!

Very disappointed with this company’s service. I paid over $2,200 for work that was not completed, and my septic issues were never resolved. When the work was “completed,” the technician, Lucas Powell, never tested his work. I immediately continued to have the same issue I originally called them out for. When he returned, instead of rechecking or reassessing his work, I was given additional prices for more services. I ultimately had to call another septic company to complete the job that Septic Blue failed to do. I feel completely taken advantage of. Horrible Experience Avoid This Company My husband and I had an awful experience with Septic Blue. They racially profiled us and caused serious damage to our property. Lucas Powell ripped our water line and refused to fix it, yet still charged us for their service. Instead of taking responsibility, they lied and made false claims about us to the police even saying my husband made threats, which our Ring camera clearly shows never happened. Also Lucas said the filter was $180, but looked online and the SAME filter was $33 at a septic supply company and $26 on Amazon. Wanted to charge us to fix the pipes they pulled out. Mark Loggins with Septic Blue came out today and did a phenomenal job!! Assessed the overall conditions, reviewed basic service and recommended actions that needed to be taken care of on today’s service. Walked through feedback and answered all questions that we had. Walked us through after the clean out and service was completed. Highly recommend Mark and Septic Blue will call and request Mark again in the future for service and support as needed. Can't say enough about the great communication from Septic Blue from the time I made the inquiry, scheduled the appointment and updates on the arrival of my technician. Cody, the technician was very thorough, performing the uncovering, pumping and cleaning of our system. He pointed out a couple of things we needed to be aware of and possibly take action on, without pressuring. We did replace one cover that had previously been broken and simply pieced back together. We now have a dirt and water tight cover thanks to Cody, along with a clean and rejuvenated system.
