Septic Blue of Knightdale

My bill went from 250 to 2100... if you want a mark up when they check your septic tank just call them. I disagree with your reply because I wasn't having an issue with my septic to begin with just was thrown some add on because of "all the things wrong with my system" you are smart though I will give you credit there... give em a low quote to get them to pick you then once youre there and the lid comes off... it's the same thing as my neighbor said... but nice try. Thank you because I learn from my mistake of picking you. If I can keep 1 person from making the same one I did, i'm happy.

Absolutely amazed by this company and Adam. They came prepared for everything. I've never seen a company this prepared before. I will use them from now on. Not only did we recieve and education about the system Adam found the issues we have asked other companies about and said we had none. Adam fixed all our issues while emptying the system he added filter that was never installed and should have been from the very start and also installed a clean out so we can actually clean the filter ourselves . This is the only company I will trust with my septic from now on. I highly recommend this company and Adam the service tech .

Justin was professional and explained the process and kept me informed through the whole process. He knew his job and explained the payment beforehand and took pictures as he completed each step. Highly recommend this company.

Edit: Out of respect to the technician I’m not going to mention their name. You know you who you are. Beware of hidden fees and manipulative pricing!! I feel like the tech tried to hike the price up to take advantage of my wife who he saw as an easy mark. After describing my septic system type and conditions I was quoted $275 ($225 to pump, $50 service fee - plus tax) to have my 900gal tank pumped out and was assured that would be the price so long as the tank was <1000gal. Upon inspection by the service tech, before he started working, he informed my wife the total would actually be around $600. I was at work , so she called me to let me know of the price change. When I inquired as to why the price doubled I was told that 1.) it would be an additional $200 to “mix the sludge up,” 2.)

Do not use Septic Blue. We had them come out to pump our septic tank. The agreed upon fee was around $300 for a 1000 gallon tank. They will charge you $200 if they have to break it up. This maybe a common practice, but neither I or people I have asked have seen this before. The extra fee was not disclosed at the time of making the appointment. They then tried to tell us we needed to jett our plumbing for another $600. We were not experiencing flushing problems but they tried to convince us this was needed. The $300 septic pumping turned into a $1100 job. We turned them away and used another company that did not play games with their prices. They also left a mess after we refused their service and paid the $50 for coming out. I would encourage everyone to steer clear of Septic Blue.
