This was by far the worst company I have ever went through in my entire life. To start with I was quoted a price to come out and pump my tank but didn’t pay that price. once Jeff Lott arrive he tell me I didn’t need a pump and tried to sell me a whole new tank over 7k when nothing was wrong with the tank. It’s an old tank yes and didn’t look the best but worked just fine. So I ended up paying for him to come dig up my yard for nothing. A few weeks later hole starts to appear and form where the tank was dug. I initially put dirt over it and didn’t think of anything but eventually it became a hole again and wouldn’t go away. The best service experience ever!! Plenty of communication and very professional!! Reasonable price also. My technician Josh was fantastic explaining every step of the process. I highly recommend them!!

Called to get a quote on repair, they scheduled me for a 3 hour window. No show, no call. We call and they say they won’t make it and move us to a 3 hour window the following Monday. They no showed us again, unbelievably bad service.

0 stars. Absolutely worst company I have ever worked with. I got a quote for $400 to get my tank pumped. The technician Elijah Williamson showed up and dug our whole front and backyard trying to find the tank and could not. He broke a main water pipe while digging and left the house non-functional and said he would charge us extra for that. When we tried to talk about it he said there is no negotiation and stopped his work with the broken pipe and damaged yard. He also called us the B-word and told us to f-(word) off and to go back where we came from. He kept cussing us out and then left. EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I've used Septic Blue before and glad I called them for help. Their service is the best in the area. I've gone with others and they overcharged me for less work. I recommend them over all the competition. Also, my technician (Josh) by far is a very skilled Septic Technician, I highly recommend him.
