Brandon Maritato. Serenity Remodel. Made the mistake of paying him in full. Now he won’t come back to finish. Wants MORE money to finish what he started!! Apparently it’s extra to reinstall the base when you install a new floor. Shame on me. I didn’t know. I assumed that was included. Apparently installing a new door doesn’t include the trim. Shame on me again. Oh, you wanted flooring in the closets too? Extra! Oh, you wanted the ceiling to go all the way to the wall? Extra! I should have also assumed he was available for a reason. Steer clear of this one.

Three weeks before Christmas, the electrical in 2 rooms of our 1920s era home went out. We called Brandon at Serenity and he got over to us that afternoon. With it being an old home, it was not easy to diagnose the problem. Brandon carefully took things apart and got to the bottom of the issue without damaging anything such as old baseboards or plaster. Not only was he professional and courteous, he took the time to explain things to me. He was careful to clean up all the debris afterwards. I have a Generac whole-house generator and a warning light was lit. It is imperative the generator be in working order at all times for my family medical needs. I contacted Brandon, leaving a message, and he returned my call within minutes. Brandon then came to my house the following day and corrected the problem. I am truly grateful and relieved this was fixed so quickly.
