We had our kitchen counters re-done by them. Tori in the showroom was so kind and knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire process, which was extremely efficient. Our installer Chris and his associate were great; experienced, quick, and neat! I highly recommend them!

I had countertops and island surface installed by Serenity and I was honestly so happy with the end result. I came in the door they day of install when they had finished and my jaw actually dropped. The whole team was so great from the women in the office who helped me pick out the stone to the guys who came to measure and install, professional, quick and I am so happy with the end result.

I really can not say enough about how great this company was to work with. I've done 3 granite remodels and have been successful in having all three jobs done without seams. To make this happen I picked out a slab that size wise would accomplish that goal. Our last project was done by Serenity and they delivered in every way meeting our expectations. Footnote: as a customer you will need to understand the sizes may be limited to material sizes available and 2) is it physically possible to get the slab into your house without seams. Serenity was very competitive in pricing and installed on the date promised which at the time was 3 weeks from signing the contract. Again, can not say enough about how happy we are with the job.

For poor service and workmanship. Had small 2' x 7' vanity counter installed. Came in 2 pieces and was seamed on site. Quartz never lined up. Seam was very wide. Had meeting with owner. As we discused problem a very large guy came out of the back and the owner walked away. He told me I signed a contract and it said they could put seems any place they wanted and there was nothing I could do about it. I was a General Contractor for 40 years and this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with!

Great experience to work with. Did a small job in my laundry but provided great service and quality.
