A very professional and informative interaction. I will always ask for him should I have any future plumbing issues. In addition appreciated his suggestion and knowledge with regard to my soft water system. Jose, definitely went above and beyond.

Our AC unit had been having issues for a while, and we got the MVP plan because we knew we'd need multiple services, and the membership paid for itself almost immediately. We had some techs come out and fix our old AC a couple times, but it was nearing the end of its life. When it finally went, we were able to get someone to come out, give us a quote for a new unit, and have it installed in the middle of summer over two days. And that was all thanks to the MVP membership. Really appreciate the friendliness of all the staff, their professionalism, and the ability to finance since a new AC unit is pricey. Thank you Jason!

The contractor was afraid to access the attic. Kept saying he was going to call the manager. Clearly in-experienced and no clue on how to approach the problem in feont maybe diff from what they studied in school. The best part was he wont let me use their ladder to show how to access my attic and wanted me to bring out my own ladder. This showed how less he new the job and how new he was.

I contacted another HVAC company and they told me the earliest appointment was 12/22/25. I then contacted Service Champions. I was able to get an appointment on 12/12/25. They arrived on time and did a complete service on my heater with recommendations. Within an hour Chris, Comfort Advisor, came to my house. With the California restrictions went over my limited options. Set an appointment for the install of a new heater and duck work for 12/17/25. Great service.

My furnace decided to act up. A quick call to Service Champions brought Muhsin out that afternoon. He quickly determined the cause, and started the inquiry: was it covered under warranty (no), is the part available, and what the best pricing was. He got very close to pickup up the unit that same day, but was still able to come out the next morning to quickly install it and verify everything worked. Just a terrific job!! Thank you!!
