I found Brian to be a very nice person but he & his assistant did a really poor job calling themselves snaking out my laundry room drain…not touching the main drain…next day backup continued…I scheduled an appointment for them to come back out the next day…They didn’t show up for the scheduled appointment which was a 2 hour window & they didn’t bother notifying me that they were running late. I had to call after the time window expired to ask if they were still coming. I was told they didn’t know how much longer it would be. Being they were inconsiderate of my time & I was highly doubtful they would b successful in unclogging my drain I cancelled the appointment & had one of their competitors unclog it.

Scott Hall and Mike Boyer, were fantastic, they both came to our house after a request came through American Home Shield. Both Scott and Mike were very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what the issue was. Scott had to came back the following week since the job required more than a normal house call. Both Scott and Mike, went above and beyond the call, they had to spend over 6 hours in the basement replacing an old storm drain line that failed. It was cold and messy work but both Scott and Mike were was eager to fix the issue. I was very impressed with Scott and Mike and was very happy with their work ethic. Both Scott and Mike did a wonderful job they and did quality work. Service Giant was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Scott, Mike and Servi

Just had Bryan and Robert out to my home from Service Giant, what a great experience to have a team that cares about what they do, they were both true professionals, needed a garbage disposal replaced, they didn’t have right size on truck so they immediately went to store and purchased one, 20 minutes later disposal was installed, leak tested and running like a charm. Thank you Bryan and Robert, will call upon you guys again when needed.

Scott from service giant was great. Clean/quality work, and very reasonably priced ( Especially compared to local competitors). Helpful with advice about some other plumbing questions I had too. I'll be using only these guys moving forward.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPAMY..I called a month in advance for a quote installing a floor drain for a new cafe, the price seemed fair so I scheduled the job WITH Technician Brian for 3 weeks out, the day of service the Technician Brian was very unprofessional he showed up late to the job and was not prepared he never pulled the permit from the township and claimed he was short handed and wanted to change the job description from ripping through the concrete to putting a 9x9 hole in the drywall with out writing up a proposal, I was not ok with being charged labor for labor that was not performed he claimed that he needed to convey with his boss, over 2 hrs. Passed I called the office several times to find out what was going on they did not know anything after almost 3hrs.passed I
