Service Now Manning Heating & Air

please read : Service Now Manning Heating and Air!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who lives in Wayne county or surround area please don’t go with (Service Now air condition) . They came to my house on fourth July and techinican burn up my house panel box by something they were trying to put on my air conditioner, which I’m out $1200 and the owner Eric will not own up to it. He took breaker from my stove top to put into air conditioner so I was with out stove u til an electrician came to my house . Eric was even a smart butt he made the comment it looks as though you all will need a new panel box which will cost $1500 to 3000. Dollars so you will need to call electrician . Was quoted $144 for basic maintenance on my AC, ended up being charged a little over $270 because it needed Freon. They did not tell me about the price change until it was time to pay. I wasn’t expecting it and if I knew it was going to be almost $300, I wouldn’t have gotten the service done. Don’t waste your money and call someone else instead. Also adding to the fact it didn’t even change the way the AC runs like they said it would.

So it’s been a week….. But my earlier post a couple of months ago about GA POWER? Bill increase????? I’m talking like my bill tripled since January - but I need to verify that wasn’t on GA Power!!!! That was on SERVICE NOW- they were called 3 years ago to come fix our ac- after 3 attempts we finally got cool air and yes this was in the summer - 100 degree weather!!! Then end of year- more problems- called back - replaced another part $$$$$ Then guess what -next year not working again - finally said ac unit needed to be replaced - done! Then guess what??? Still wasn’t cooling!!! So… after realizing they didn’t set something right (I don’t begin to understand bc I’m not an air conditioning specialist) FINALLY- cool air!!!! So after 3 years of a unit not putting out properly - guess what?

Called twice. Obviously they hired an answering service because the lady answering knows nothing about anything except her designated list of Q&A’s. Told her I just need someone to call me because I need a quote for a simple hvac insulation repair. Gave it a week and a half but heard nothing. Called back. Gave it another week and a half yet still haven’t heard anything, so I am giving up and calling someone else. A limited answering service is a poor choice with which to leave any customer hanging.

HVAC went out Saturday night called Sunday midday by 4:30 our System is working. Will not use any other service. Eric the owner is very professional, responsive and prompt. Been a loyal customer over ten years. Highly recommend
