These guys are great. I’ve called them for a bigger renovation project where drainage needed to put in and more recently for a small leak. The leak was in a difficult spot and tricky to resolve. These guys came out for multiple visits to find the problem and were great each time. Nice people, work with integrity, and very fairly priced. I wish I could find other service companies that are as great to work with in our area.

I spoke to Daniel on a Wednesday about having a tankless water heater installed. He said he would call me back the next day with an estimate, but he never did. I waited to call back on Friday in case he was really busy and he said he would call me later that day, which again he never did. I called one final time, a week later, and left a message that was never returned. I'm really glad that business is so good that he can afford to lose potential customers.

What a company! Our main water pipe did burst and we called a plumber advertising 24/7 service. “We can try to put you on the schedule for some time next week,” was the reply we got. With the next call we had the same result, but a friend told us that he had had a good experience with Service Plumbing. So that was my next call. A very friendly Jennifer answered the phone, and said she had to check with her team and call me back. Within a few hours our problem was solved by three of their employees. Despite low temperatures and a lot of mud and water hindering their work they were friendly and kept me informed how things were progressing. Tim and Damien came out and did three jobs for us quickly and efficiently. Left the job site clean and tidy and were very helpful in answering questions on a future project.
