Service Pros Plumbing Heating Air & Drain

Literally the worst service. Said they would be in an hour. Took 2hrs. Ok, late call no worries. Then someone with a thick accent finally comes at 10pm to give me a “diagnosis” and fix my frozen pipe (which when I called to confirm, they told me they do). After the “diagnosis” I was told he would “try something” and he called me back saying he couldn’t fix it. I was then given a $725 bill for literally 15 mins and no solution to my issue. I went back and forth with management to at least only pay a service fee as nothing was actually done which was not pleasant… then the technician calls me to ask for MONEY!! I couldn’t believe it. This is money hungry company. Insane. Worst experience with a contractor in my life and I’ve had plenty.

Great work done for the right price left the job clean and took care of the issue and explained to me exactly what I was paying for definitely recommend

Thank you service pros these guys are genuinely amazing they came and snaked and hydro jetted my clogged main drain and replaced my water heater and truly did an amazing job and there prices were also extremely fair I highly recommend them

He is very professional and friendly. Every dollar spent is worth! He is patient to explain all questions we had, and giving out best advices. Find him if you have sewer pine problems.
