Joe came out to our house on the same day that I called for an issue we were having with our water heater. He spent more time than any other service person ever has trying to troubleshoot the problem. It’s hard to find people that have a good work ethic that you can trust nowadays. I was impressed with Joe and his knowledge. We will definitely use his services again!

Tech used the process of elimination method to try and fix our furnace. Spend much more time/money doing so ultimately not fixing our unit. Alternate experienced tech found issue on the spot resolving quickly and affordable.

Joe from Service Solutions is an Air Conditioning angel that answered his work phone on a Friday night when I was desperately seeking someone to hear my problem and guide me in the right direction. Joe and I talked over the next day about having him come over to our home to look at our mini split system and determine the problem with getting the upstairs unit to start. He arrived on a Sunday afternoon (unheard of these days) and he figured out the problem and what our next steps should be. He's on the case and he will have our upstairs air conditioning running by the next heat wave. Joe is super communicative, friendly and won't leave you hanging. We had a pipe burst open and started to flood the house, we struggled trying to find someone on such short notice during a late afternoon. That was until Joe from Service Solutions quickly responded to the situation and replaced some old pipes for a lasting fix. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to secure running water again and for a very fair and affordable price during some of the coldest days of the year.
