I have been a Service Unlimited FAN for over a decade! I just used them AGAIN for our home/s outdoor painting. The owners are urgent, fair, caring and their team is professional and place servicing your needs at the top of their priority list! I do not like to post negative reviews, so I have kept this one for over a year. The biggest disappointment I had at the time was the carelessness of the work done. My hedges and other items around the house were not covered, even after I asked the painter to do so. The result was paint on several areas surrounding the house. Still, I chose not to complain or spread a negative word. However, the bigger concern to date is that the paint is already chipping, and the job was done a little over a year ago. This is very disappointing. I am on a budget and wanted to hire professionals to paint my house. I expected that it would look great for years to come. Sadly, this is not the case. The definition of old school bait and switch, good cop/bad cop. Overpromise, under-deliver. When they finally completed the job weeks later than promised, the work was presentable. Several months later, it looks considerably worse. Not sure if some areas ever got a second coat of paint. Considering the enormous headache and the fact that I was repeatedly told what a "great deal" they were giving me, I would suggest working with other painting contractors.

Great work! The pre-work estimate was broken down into the various tasks and was easy to follow. The painters show up when promised and neatened up before leaving each day. They had to do some carpentry work to repair the eave and the work was high-quality.

Wonderful service. They did a beautiful job. Fast and efficient. Definitely the people I’ll call whenever I need painting done.
