ServiceMaster did an awesome job when I had water damage in my basement. They went to work fast with minimal disturbance to unaffected areas. They tried their best to dry out instead of tear out saving me money in repairs afterwards! Highly recommend!

They came out same day, everyone was very nice and empathetic given our circumstance l. The work was thorough, they found areas we were not even aware of. They were flexible and worked with us throughout the whole process.

Greg returned for day 3 in the cleaning of our house after a fire in our basement. Today, they tackled the family room with a high vaulted ceiling. They have done an amazing, detailed, complete cleaning of every surface. No space or cushion is left unturned and cleaned. They are great!

We had recent basement water damage from a storm and were referred to ServiceMaster by Elevate from another restoration company, who was too busy at the moment. Brandon came out the next day, went over all the steps of what we needed to do and gave us an estimate later that day. Elijah was out the next morning to do the work. The communicate was great, estimate seemed pretty fair and they were careful with everything they did. We are happy with the work, would certainly use again (although hoping not to need them haha) and would definitely recommend!

ServiceMaster was very quick and responsive to a flood caused from large rain events that left our basement soaking wet. They professionally treated my family every step of the way. We even had an insurance claim "hang up" and they worked with us to devise a way to pay it back without any extra fees or charges, which given the stress of the event was hugely appreciated. I greatly appreciate everything they did to make a negative experience a positive outcome. Thank you!
