From start to finish my experience with ServiceMaster by Lovejoy was exceptional. Daniel and his team of professional support went above and beyond in putting my home back together from my water damage. They came, ripped out original baseboards which were not wet, nor in the direct area of flood. Shrugged their shoulders, didn't care. Came and gave an estimate for rebuild. I apporoved it- they left us in the dust- no where to be found for three weeks. Gaping holes in my home, removed the ceiling, won't return calls, won't schedule the job, just dissapeared. Awful. Where are my 110 year old baseboards guys? You rip things out never to return? Not good in a crisis. Jerks. They do not care. Shout out to Jakob who was the only positive. The rest was pure disaster in communication and regard for clients

Service Master did an amazing job cleaning up my basement after 2 feet of water backing up after the flood we received. Starting with Stephanie who was amazing setting up the service, then with Chris coming in to analyzing the work need to clean up the basement. Then Parker came in with her team that did the clean up. The team was professional and kept me up to speed as they progressed with the clean up. Parker was the key person that kept the clean up process moving forward. Thank you team Service Master for a professional and reliable job to get my basement cleaned up. Service Master is a professional, outstanding company that can be relied on to come into your house and make it a home again!
