We suffered water damage and our insurance recommended working with Service Masters. The water mitigation work itself was handled professionally, and they did a good job removing damaged drywall and flooring. However, once it came to the repair phase, things went downhill. Their quote for the flooring was extremely high, so I decided to use another vendor for that part. That’s when I found out that Service Masters doesn’t allow partial repairs — their policy states that “if we are not in control of the entire repair process, it can result in damage to our completed work by other contractors on site (dings, dents, or paint scuffs), which we cannot warranty.” Even when I offered to have them complete their portion after the other contractor finished the floor, they refused. A pipe burst, flooding our kitchen and den. ServiceMaster came out with dryers right away and got to work. We needed repairs to a wall and under the house. Servicemaster was able to take care of that as well. All the folks we worked with, notably Mike Donnelly, Betsy Oesonez, and Eimy Vicente were very courteous, explained everything and did a very professional job. One thing we appreciated about ServiceMaster is that they work with insurance companies and were extremely helpful in facilitating estimates and payments for work done. We will recommend ServiceMaster by Lovejoy in the future.

My experience with ServiceMaster by Lovejoy was phenomenal. I had significant standing water and water damage on two floors of my home due to a pipe that had burst while we were away. They showed up at 3AM with comforting smiles and willingness to work through the night. They continued to come back daily for over a week to continue drying and cleaning up the mess. They were courteous, professional, diligent and comforting during what could have been a very stressful event. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Two stars because the carpet cleaning man named Steve was very nice and polite. As far as the actual carpet cleaning — not good at all. Once it was finished, I paid $125 for spot treatment and overall cleaning. The stains were still there, as well as an awful smell emitting from the carpet immediately following the day of the cleaning (maybe not even 24 hrs passed). Ended up taking out carpet and throwing it out because it was ruined at this point. Money wasted & price was high for the low quality job I received.

They have a very friendly, professional, and talented team. They came out to clean the carpet at our house and they did an amazing job. My husband and I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.
