ServiceMaster Clean & Restore by Tri-State

I have tenants in a home that complained about alleged mold. Turns out the roof was leaking and no one contacted me. After the roof was repaired I looked high and low for a mold remediation company that was going to be fair and finally found ServiceMaster Tri-State. Not only were their prices fair, but the work was done well and communication was perfect (day-night-weekend, it didn’t matter). I highly recommend this group and will use them again if needed.

We received excellent service from ServiceMaster after a burst pipe in our house that caused quite a bit of damage. They were there the next day and started remediation immediately. They also helped in finding repair personnel once all the damage was removed. We would highly recommend them!
