ServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration by RBD - Union Gap

If I could give these folks less than one star I would. They must be getting kickbacks or something from my insurance company because their quote was 25% the cost compared to 10 other companies for the work. They straight out lied to our face about what they were going to estimate for the insurance company. Then they were unresponsive to calls and basically gave the impression that they were not even interested in doing the work. Horrible service, do not hire them.

We would like to thank the people of Service Masters for all their hard work. Our recent house fire was nothing less than a mental shock and with a little luck we ended up in good hands. Jeff, Jose, Tony, Lucas and Ricky have shown us how they want to do their best, then exceed it. The understanding, empathy and skill that went into cutting all the contaminated walls and ceilings, drying out the walls and rafters, cleaning all the momentos and nic-nacs, pots, pans, dishes, dressers and more is so appreciated. Our home has been cleaned, everything put back and it is prepared for reconstruction. This was all done throughout the holidays and after. These people have been absolutely awful to work with. After they “mitigated” the water damage to my home, I had an electrical fire in the damaged/“mitigated” wall and a separate team came in and discovered black mold in the exact same walls that were supposedly “mitigated” but never opened up by the Service MASTER team. All service MASTER did was blow fans at the closed walls and then touch the walls sometimes with their bare hands and then declared the walls “dry”. In my opinion, the manager of service MASTER spoke down to me when I tried to talk to him. I feel that he was condescending and rude. I was so upset and overwhelmed after talking with this manager I just cried my eyes out. I was so distraught when I finally ended the awful phone call. Currently, I am actively working wit

My parents have had an unfinished job for nearly a year. They have called numerous times and my husband has called numerous times and there is always the same garbage excuse that they are busy. They do not value their customers at all.

These guys severely screwed my family over, and the owner is an awful, awful man with a sore attitude. I would avoid this business like the plague.
