They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Mitchell did demo work from a kitchen pipe burst with water flowing to the basement. He was here every day checking on the basement walls drying out. He cleaned the area around the pipes & removed some of the kitchen cabinets. He removed wet insulation & sanitized basement floor. He was extremely thorough & professional. He set a time to arrive each day & he called when he was 20 minutes out. I absolutely recommend ServiceMaster on Mitchell’s work alone! I don’t want another disaster but if I have one, ServuceMaster will be called.

Mitchell was trustworthy, hard working and an excellent communicator. He made a difficult situation a ton easier. So grateful we got to work with him. Highly recommend.

Mitchell Houck did water mitigation work on an overflow floor drain problem in the basement of my house. He was kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful with explaining everything. He even showed up again to be around while an insurance field adjuster visited. I would highly recommend Service Master and specifically ask for Mitchell!

Mitchell and Troy were amazing. No other way to put it. Obviously, it was terrible that our house flooded and we had to meet them but, they were top notch. Mitchell was on top of everything from the first day he arrived until the time came that we finally got things cleared up 4 months later. Both he and Troy were easy to get ahold of and clear with me on what to expect as well as likely next steps. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and ability to help my family and me through a pretty difficult time.
