During the worse time in my home owning lifetime, service masters and their service professionals made my life so much less stressful. Mark called me same day, sent two teams to my home, did all of the gutting and moving for me, and explained everything to me, as this was a first for me. I cannot be more pleased with Benjamin, Cordell, and Carlos for their professionalism, courtesy, quick response, and work ethic! You guys rock!!! Recommend 10/10!!!

Spoke with owner Mark Holt, was very satisfied & reassured just by our conversation that everything would be taken care of. His guys Rob & Daniel came out promptly. They were prompt, professional, & caring. They explained the process, assessed damage & immediately dealt with the problems. I was totally satisfied & reassured about their work! They came back the next day to make sure everything was working & drying properly. They came back a second time to take care of another leak from my water heater. This time Daniel Sr. came & was just as professional, prompt and caring as the first crew! Everything was dealt with again and I was totally satisfied again! It's nice to know in this day & time that companies still operate in integrity and honor their word. Thank you Mr. Holt & all your guys

We bought a house, and to our horror found we have mold in our basement. When I called this company to have them come in and help us figure our the extent of the issue, and help remediate, the man who answered the phone literally told me that I don't want to hire them, because they'd have to charge me. I'm not making this up. He said I'd be better off dealing with the problem myself -- just buy a dehumidifier, and clean the mold up myself. We've worked with other branches of ServiceMaster before and were pleased with the worked they'd done for us. I can't comment on the quality of the work this branch does, as they were very reluctant to take our job on. He's right, I didn't want to hire them after that! I would not recommend them based on that either.
