After having to fire two other plumbing companies that my warranty company sent, Service Master came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The plumber, Matthew Galvin, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I’m extremely happy with their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Highly recommend Service Master Plumbing—these guys actually deliver what they promise!

Matthew Galvan from ServiceMaster Plumbing Services is a absolutely fantastic plumber and very nice person resolved all the problems while replacing my old leaking water heater with the new one also fixed my incoming shut off valve package by spending half day time with multiple trips to inventory to get required parts and helped us resolve all the issue smoothly. I want to start by giving full credit to the technician who came out. He did an excellent job; very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and the entire job took less than 10–15 minutes. He definitely deserves 5 stars. My issue is not with the technician, but with the company, Service Pro – Residential & Commercial Plumbing Services. After such a quick and simple repair, the company still insisted on charging me $165. When I asked if they could work with me on the price, considering how fast the job was, they refused. What bothered me even more was being told that they “normally charge $200 for AO Smith,” as if that justified the price. I contacted ServiceMaster Plumbing for an emergency warranty repair on my newly installed hybrid water heater. From my initial call to the completion of the repair, it was a true pleasure working with this company. The scheduler was both professional and personable. The field technician was very professional as well, even conducting extra checks to confirm that my incoming water pressure was adequate. 10/10 Juan Pesante

Please do not use the plumber Matthew Galvan. He is very unprofessional. He replaced the water heater and dumped the water from the old water heater all over the floor. I sent him a message about it and he did not even apologize after reading the message. FIND ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY CARES IF YOU CAN. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS COMPANY DOESN'T! Post Review: The owner of the company personally called me to apologize and they did send someone out to repair a leak from the expansion tank pipe. The plumber, Andrew was excellent and I’ve increased my review to 4 stars from how they handled my complaint.
