ServiceMaster Recovery by Close - Horseheads

I had to go behind them and clean the toilets and kitchen sink. The reason they gave me was they can't use any product other than service masters product so they can't use CLR or bar keepers friend...They broke a globe on one of the fans. I had to tell them to Mop floors . When I walked through the house windows were dirty and the bathroom needed re doing. It was inconsistent with the kitchen very well done. I probably wouldn't use them again or recommend

What a great company .we used them twice for my business and residence. They do great work. Their employee was very polite and did a wonderful job every time. Will definitely recommend family and friends.

The company's team, both onsite and off, were fast, efficient, and communicated well. They are obviously experienced and able to convey their evaluation and intensions for remediation clearly and effectively.

Cancelled service less then 24 hours before scheduled cleaning. Had more important jobs. Completely unprofessional.
