I would not advise anyone to use these people, I was never so disappointed in contractors in my entire life. Buyer beware

Threw out a working washing machine for a minor plumbing problem elsewhere and a dryer that could have been repaired plus a guitar amp that was not damaged and then put a large box over an expensive guitar not in a case and put another guitar in an unsafe location at the top of a stack of some other boxes that was also not in a case. Watch them like hawks. Better yet, don't even call them. I bet they sell your stuff or keep it. We even suspect they work for the police, collecting records and documents. Papers that should not have been touched were moved and some believed stolen. Huge privacy invasion. Stay away.

My husband and I were quoted a price to repair damage in a bedroom wall due to water coming in the home, and the manager kept providing us with 2 more higher quotes after the initial one, as the work was being done. We understand that there is often more damage than initially seen, however, he quoted a final price, taxes included, on the 3rd and last quote, and then 2 days later with no further contact verbally or in writing, added over $900.00 on the final bill for "incidental/other charges", and sent the bill to us. We were really annoyed and think this is actually fraud, especially when we were told a final price. This was being paid by us out of pocket as well, not going through insurance which he knew. We had ServiceMaster after having a leak that caused extensive damage. They did a fantastic job on clean up ,drywall and painting as well as safe protocol .There crew was very polite and friendly as well as restoring my home beautifully . Bob at ServiceMaster went above and beyond to a accommodate me in every way during a stressful ordeal. I highly recommend them for disaster restoration. I will use again if I ever have a problem that is not manageable . Thank you to everyone at ServiceMaster.
