Take my word for it . . . save yourself time, money, and grief. Call Penco Restoration and NOT ServiceMaster TL;DR ServiceMaster ruined my carpet by not drying out my basement, they forgot about me, and they want me to pay them for ruining my carpet. I had a unique circumstance where I had 2 remediation jobs happening at the same time. ServiceMaster was doing one job and Penco Restoration was doing the other. Because I had a very clear comparison, it was obvious that ServiceMaster was screwing things up every step of the way. My water heater leaked. I had it replaced and called ServiceMaster to dry my carpet out. They rented some dehumidifiers and fans (they don’t even own their own equipment?) and put them in my basement.
