I had a great experience with service master drying out my home after a washing machine flooded it They kept my home clean, were friendly and kept me informed of needed areas to be repaired. I want to give an extra shout out to Mike!! He was respectful, friendly and always had a smile to help me through a stressful situation I greatly appreciated him being there everyday The rest of the crew was great too. No complaints. Thank you

Ed was wonderful to work with. Communication was great & questions were promptly answered. Scheduled work was done on time as promised. We had something of concern and Ed had it promptly remedied. I would definitely recommend!

I do not recommend. Service Master completed water mitigation in my basement, received payment directly from my insurance company and then months later accused me of not paying. They were incredibly frustrating and difficult to work with. Rather than being reasonable/taking accountability for this mistake they filed a lawsuit. I would never dream of recommending them to anyone.

Ed & his team were very responsive, detailed in updates on progress, and respectful of our privacy & our home. They were efficient in getting the job done but always made sure they were communicating properly throughout the process. They gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation with the water damage we had. Each member was always certain they were answering any questions that came up or concerns that I had. They even took some of the leg work off our plate which helped tremendously. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of water, smoke/fire and mold remediation! I was very impressed!
