your service has been working very well. sometimes a container tips when put back in place but no more broken ones or put in middle of driveway. Appreciate your help and respect. All have a good day and Take care.
Always shows up and hasn't spilt anything yet. 5 stars!
Trash pickup is consistent day wise, timing can be here and there. They put your cans back in their spot and issue out new cans if desired.
I got the service for convenience, but it seemed most of time my Friday pick up was missed and I ended up dragging the cans up and down the driveway. I recently cancelled the service after 7 months. WM was scheduled to pick up their cans last Friday but as usual they changed the pickup. Based on my experience I would not recommend WM!
I keep filling out these surveys but the customer service does not change. The drivers are great but that is about it. To expensive but the township signed a deal with them so we the customers get screwed
