Owner was very responsive to my call, called back and stayed in good communication. He fixed the issue with minimal issue, and did not pressure me to replace system parts that are still functioning, even though they are old. We will definitely use in the future for any needs.

Dave came out and helped within an hour of my calling him - the diaphragm went out in our pressure tank, causing our pump to short cycle. We had a house of 12 people vacationing and he managed to get it resolved in just a couple of hours so we could have our water restored.

Dave put in the well 2004. He has been out twice to replace the pump. Both times were on weekends and once in a bad snow storm. Good service in our opinion.

We bought a farm house with an inoperable well pump. Smith was easy to work with and did a excellent job for us at a reasonable cost.

Excellent customer service and came out on New Years Day - that speaks volumes to me and my family 💪🥃🇺🇸
