Used them for our Move out Cleaning. The Owner was very professional, helpful and polite. I love the fact that they offered professional carpet cleaning, which knocked out to birds with one stone. The cleaners did an excellent job and brought our house back to nearly new conditions. Thank you guys for your services, my wife and I will refer clients your way.

They did our Move out cleaning as well as carpet cleaning and did a excellent job and made the entire process so much more easier and hassle free since we didn't have to be present at the time of the cleaning process. We were informed through out the entire process.... I will highly recommend service star for Move out cleaning and carpet cleanings.

This company is almost impossible to contact. Their website does not work for booking an appointment. I used an old link to their other website to book my appointments. I've had them come to my house 4 times to do their bi-weekly cleaning. 2 of the 4 times nobody showed up at all on the scheduled days and 1 time the person was late. They don't immediately confirm booking times and they do not quickly return phone calls. Call backs, if they call you back, take more than 24 hours. 3 of the 4 times the cleaning person failed to clean something (oven twice, toilet once).

Excellent service, friendly, professional and allowed me to book my Move-out Cleaning last minute. Thank you service star owner Jean for making my transition easier. We gratkey appreciate it.
