We had a great experience with the installation with our windows. They had the old ones out and the new ones in no time. The longest part was placing the new sheet metal around the frame. The crew was polite and courteous. Everything was clean after everything was completed. I have nothing negative to say.

We had new windows installed, and 2 screens were slightly damaged. The follow up care was excellent, and the fellow who was scheduled to exchange the screens was punctial and very personable. He also showed us, if we ever wanted, how to remove and place back the screens. We are happy with our new windows and the service. I really appreciate a company that offers prompt continued support for any issues that may arise.

Window World replaced all the windows in our house. They got the work done in a single day and were excellent about cleaning up and not leaving any debris outside or inside. The windows are performing as expected and we are happy with the results so far.
