This morning I noticed that our downstairs thermostat showed the temperature was several degrees higher than it was set for and the system registered as running, yet there was no air coming out of the vents. I called for a technician and while I waited, I turned the thermostat off for a while and then tried turning it back on-and air started coming out lightly. When Alex came, he inspected our system and found a loose wire on our zone board! He made sure to reconnect it securely and we are up and running properly again. He was gracious enough to say, "No charge," since he hadn't needed to fix anything. We are grateful for the care Total Systems has extended to us, not just today, but for over 10 years now!

12 yrs now and always great service! Gabriel came out today first thing and serviced the HVAC. Cleared a clog, ran diagnostics, and changed a capacitor. Fair price, $220. Professional, technically proficient, and pleasant. They will keep my business! Thanks!

Terrible customer service. I have a warranty on my unit.(Parts covered by factory, I cover labor, so only need a technician) I called a few times due to cooling issues. Both times the ladies in the front office immediately become defensive. They are like a 1, 2 punch. They try to convince you it is not their issue. The first thing they say is if they come out you have to pay a service fee and milage. Anything to get out of doing the service. The unit is 2 years old. The last time the ladies were screaming at me and then hung up on me. I had to pay over $2500 in repairs with another company. I just needed it fixed. Never use this company.
