I have only used the real estate services of Sette Colli but I am SO glad I did. Cara is an absolute dream to work with. Moving from out of state meant so many little details and things I needed help with, and Cara was there every step of the way. She helped me find the right location, commit to a realistic house budget, avoid money pits, make a competitive offer, and manage all the little things you have to handle with such a large purchase. She also answered all 3000 questions I had in the process. Now that I have other friends and family thinking about moving to the area, I give them Cara’s contact info immediately!

Working with Sette Colli on our kitchen remodel was a positive experience at every step. Stefano prepared a digital 3D rendering at the proposal stage, which allowed us to visualize the space and helped us clarify our thinking about what was most important to us. When the interior walls came down on our hundred-year-old kitchen, there were, not surprisingly, issues. I’m thrilled with our kitchen but what I might be happiest about are the things you can’t see. Stefano talked through the problems with us and was conscientious about rectifying them in an economical fashion. From a structural, electrical and plumbing standpoint, our home is more secure than it’s been in decades (and I am definitely sleeping better at night). Stefano is an exquisite craftsman. They are charming, highly skilled professionals who make it easy to get through what is, way too often, a painful process. They communicate accurately and truthfully every step of the way. Their work is top tier and they are incredibly neat throughout the process. The work was completed on time and on budget. Now we have a stunning bathroom result that is my dream come true. I’m actually going to miss having them around. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We just finished up our kitchen remodel project with Sette Colli and we are over the moon with the results. Cara and Stefano were so much fun to work with and super communicative all along the way. We received weekly progress reports that kept us all in the loop on how things were going and what was ahead for the next week and what decisions we would need to be making soon. They were adept at coordinating work and tasks amongst their team and our project wrapped up on the exact timeframe they predicted. They have built an amazing team around them of experts in their fields and we enjoyed getting to know them all. We feel so grateful to Cara and Stefano for helping us bring our kitchen vision into reality.
