John installed a new furnace in my house on November 25, 2025. He still hasn’t completed the install. Here are some pictures of how he left it.

We hired John to install whole house generator. I gave him 50% deposit in October 2024 and follow with another deposit for new water system and more deposits to several things in the house, including replacing a new microwave oven over our stove, Utility sink and many little things we paid him everything as he asked of us. He did not install the generator until January 2025 and caused a damage to our garage door is now have problem. He instaledl utility sink that’s water never drained so he went to get pieces of material to heighten the sink so the water can drain until today The water has just never drained.. he replaced a new microwave that is much smaller and less power than what we had. He said to me that because I’m short, that’s why the microwave looked that way what a shameful perso

John and his son did a wonderful job on our new furnace and AC. His work is very neat he cleaned up all of his mess not only that he put padding down to be careful not to damage the floor. If I could give 10 stars I would! We will be asking him back for a tankless water heating system!

I called four different heating and cooling companies to get a quote for a mini split system install. John was prompt to call back, gave me some options to consider and his prices were unbeatable.
