This company was supposed to do a job for me and several of my neighbors. Simply put, they never did it. When my neighbor leaned on him to get it done, he paid over 300% of what was originally quoted. I called to discuss my quote with him and I got a voicemail that said send an email. I guess they think emails are easier to ignore. It's a simple question of virtue and doing what you say you are going to do. This organization has no class.

I've had Shades Home Improvement perform several large home improvements and I cannot be happier with this company. The service is prompt, the workers are considerate, the customer service is friendly and helpful and the overall quality of the finished product is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Don and his crew to anyone looking to do a home project large or small.

We used Don and his team for a complete kitchen and master bath overhaul, plus some additional work throughout the house. We were on a short time line and Don worked with us to get the work done as quickly as possible in this COVID environment. He was always responsive when we reached out with questions. We are more than thrilled with the finished product and won't hesitate to use Shades Home Improvement in the future.

I’ve been using Shades for 3+ years. They do quality work and always give a fair estimate. I depend on them for both of my rentals upkeep. They have done everything from replacing a 3 story staircase to fixing a broken closet door. They are very dependable and always get things done quickly and the work is top notch!
