The installation of water heater was fine. But my annual inspection should have notice not only the problem that the tank was starting to leak, but the other problem with leaking from what looks like an import water pipe at the top of heater. It’s going right into the furnace. Been a long time customer and this is the first problem that I’ve had.

Great experience. As we all know it's the wild west out there so it was a relief to find a company that's trustworthy and reliable. Our heating system is probably older than Taylor Swift, but Eddy gave an honest assessment with minimal fuss and without any pushy "upsell". He provided a full annual maintenance check whilst being friendly and professional. He even INSISTED we let our dog run free so they could meet and exchange scruffles. The Shaffer Beacon office staff were equally professional (we signed up for the annual Blue Comfort Membership). Highly recommended.

I had my air ducts cleaned last August. Since then my main floor air conditioning did not work. I called the company who leaned it but they couldn’t figure it out. Since then we woke up to 48 degrees the past few weeks with a slow rise during the day but never hitting the target. I called Shaffer Beacon and Bill and his apprentice showed up the next day. Bill was able to resolve the problem in 10 minutes. (The air handler was off) . He also resolved the problem with the second floor heat. (Wire missing). Please treat Bill with utmost respect and don’t loose him!

On July 18,2025 I signed a contract with Shaffer Beacon for the installation of a complete Boch 3-ton air handler, heat pump condenser and Ecobee smart thermostat AC system. During that process, heat reached temperature if over 120degree F in the attic. The working crew never complained and did an excellent job. They were courteous, friendly and very organized The picked up after themself and left the area very clean. They also spent time showing me how to use the system properly. I was very pleased with the whole process of diagnosing my problem and suggesting to replace furnace instead of sinking money into an old system. New high efficiency furnace was installed in one day! Brent and his guys were polite, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards! Thx and I would highly recommend them! Dennis C
