Came across Schaffer Landscaping when doing a project that they were also working on the same clients property this spring. I was able to observe the work they were doing for this customer. The next day we returned to the client to finish our project and again the Shaffer team was their working hard again. When discussing with them and the owner of the property it was made known that they ran into issues the previous day but they stayed late and worked through the issue to resolve it and complete the project. I was impressed what I was seeing and hearing, as a contractor myself that’s the same dedication and effort we put into our work and projects as not every project happens as best planned and when you limit the impact to the customer it just makes the experience so much better for all.

Most of my plants were very nice. However, when I tried to return three plants ( out of my over $5000.00 order)I was told in a very unpleasant manor that I could only make an exchange since these were a special order. 1- you need to tell the customer before that this is your policy, 2- why would they accept plants that were eaten up. Also, $5000+ and no " thank you," or " we appreciate your business." I won't be a repeat customer.

Purchased trees a few years ago and I was very pleased w service - called and scheduled delivery, and placed trees. Returned last week for that reason to find a very different experience. Ladies in the garden center were very nice, but very disappointed beyond that. Was told I would receive a call to schedule delivery, as before, but no call received and driver just showed up unannounced. Also refused to place tree as they had done previously. Be sure to clarify what you're paying for. Without the added customer service, there are other local businesses in the area w quality products and much better prices.

Did a beautiful patio and landscape for me. Highly recomend!

I dealt with Lacey and Lance. They were both very knowledgable and helpful. They stock a large selection of high quality plants. I would go there just to walk around and check things out. It is a beautiful business.
