I spoke to the office staff regarding scheduling and they went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline, calling me when they had a cancellation to dispatch a technician earlier than originally scheduled. Danny provided a quick diagnosis that would resolve the problem with a solution that was much less invasive than I expected. Nate came out to do the actual repair and was quick and super pleasant. Highly impressed with Shamrock Plumbing for this whole house replumb. From the bid process to quickly scheduling work and communicating expectations - I was highly impressed with the experience and would recommend Shamrock. The work included copper to pex water line update, replacing galvanized and cast iron drain lines to ABS, updating the main shut off, and moving a basement shower drain which included jackhammering the floor.
