Shannahan Artesian Well Co

When our 37 year old steel lined well (which was installed by Shannahan in the 1980s) gave out recently, Shannahan was our first option, and they are the best. Mike and his team are consummate professionals - very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, fairly priced, and informative. They are a great team to work with. I recommend them without hesitation.

Have had 3-4 service visits and still no fix to well. Called on a Monday fir return home Wednesday — was told by guest no water. Get home Wed night, not fixed, never returned any of my calls.

We have worked with Shannahan for many, many years and they've never done us wrong. The technicians are pleasant to have around, and have always completed their work on time. We wouldn't trust anyone else to service our wells.

Shannahan installed a new pressure tank for us that they said would get rid of the sediment in our water system. We still have sediment. Not only that but when they came they also dumped liquid and crystalized bleach into our water system that they told us would be out in 2-3 days, it stayed in our water for over two weeks. We called them multiple times with our concerns because we have a toddler and they seemed unconcerned and just fell back on their favorite line of "just let the water run until the bleach is gone." The bigger concern though has been the sediment as we paid quite a bill to have this new pressure tank installed because they gave us quite a good story as to why the tank was constantly cycling and bringing sediment up into our water, yet for some reason the pressure tan
