I was so impressed by the professionalism and customer service Sharks Cleaning Service provided when I had my couch cleaned! I was running late to arrive at my house in time to have my couch cleaned and the tech waited for almost a 1/2 an hour. It was quick and the finished product came out flawlessly. I would absolutely recommend this company to clean all of your upholstery. Thank you Sharks!

Easy to book and see pricing. Great communication about arrival time. Technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was respectful of the house. Mixed review on the actual cleaning though. I had one couch that had stains that I knew were 5 plus years old and those seemed to come well. However our main couch had staining that was due to perspiration and started showing maybe 2-3 months ago. He did tell me it may not come out, but after cleaning said it did all come out, as it dried I started seeing that it didn't. Maybe it is slightly light? Maybe. Also the rug that was cleaned also did not clean up. So maybe if you have specific stains this works well, but for everyday wear and tear/slow buildup over time it does not. They did such a wonderful job, our couch looks brand new and my special rugs made custom for me by my dad look like they say i got them back in 2008! Thank you so much! Absolutely the BEST! Roman and team are extremely professional and so kind! I have used Shark for my carpets, rugs, sectionals, dining chairs! This trip was our carpeted Stair case! Wow, what a beautiful job they did! They work so quickly and have the most reasonable prices out there! Next job will be our travertine flooring and tile in backyard! They can do it all!! I did a bunch of calls and research for a company to give me a good reasonable price with great quality service. Sharks Carpet Cleaning did just that! They did an amazing job cleaning my dirty sectional couch. They showed up on time and were very professional and communicative.
