Moving out is always a headache, but we had a great experience with Sharky Cleaning. Their impact was incredible - from the ease of booking to the stunning end results. The customer service team at Sharky Cleaning was awesome, very patient and helpful with every question we had. We were impressed by their attention to detail. They managed to tackle the spots and areas where we were hopeless, and fixed all scuffs and marks, making our house look and feel brand new again. Their pricing was more than reasonable, considering that Sharky Cleaning not only saved us a tremendous amount of stress but also delivered an outstanding level of cleanliness that far exceeded our expectations!

Went on a work trip with a house in major need of a deep clean…. Came back to a house of sparkly happiness! Called last minute, they came out the next day to give me a quote. Had to change the date last minute, no problem they accommodated. The level of professionalism this company has is top notch! I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Sharky Cleaning Service, which cost me a total of $500, including an additional $150 for carpet cleaning. Despite promises of a thorough deep clean, the outcome was far below expectations. When I first inspected my home post-service, I found the cleaning to be mediocre at best. Numerous areas were neglected, and the overall tidiness was unsatisfactory, to the point that a cleaner had to be sent back to address the unmet cleaning standards. However, the most distressing issue was with the carpet cleaning. The carpets were left excessively wet, taking days to dry, far exceeding the 3-4 hours I was told it would take.
