We bought a Pulte Home and installed Luxery Vinal Plank (LVP) in the entire house for a lot of money. We were told there is a lifetime warrenty, but not given any litriture from Pulte or Shaw. After almost 2 years therew was a crackling noise, similar to how wood floors make noise. So when we called we were just sent by Shaw a copy of a flyer with the following highlighted in yellow, Not Responsible for Any Noise from the LVP Floors". That said, wehat a scam by Pulte and Shaw, so if anyone out there has the same fraud please contact me, we can start a Clas Action Suite naming Pulte and Shaw.

We love our Shaw drivers! These guys always go above and beyond to get the delivery done. We prefer selling Shaw products in our store because of the delivery experience the Orlando RDC delivers.

The team in the receiving department are very pleasant to deal with, especially Brenda. My driver was given an incorrect appointment time and she arranged to have him unloaded in time to pick up his next load. Always nice to deal with problem solvers who are pleasant to boot.

Absolutely the worst floors we’ve ever had. We purchased a spec home with ICI which has Shaw flooring products they are bubbling and cracking, not to mention 12 planks have manufactured defects. Shaw has been a nightmare to work with and their solutions are placing a bandaid on what is definitely a bigger issue.
